• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Handmade items may have small variations
• Product sizing and placement may vary slightly due to customization

These differences do not qualify as defects.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Because custom items are made specifically for you:

• All custom and personalized orders are final sale
• No cancellations once production has started
• No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
• Customers are responsible for approving spelling, names, dates, and design choices

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Processing times are listed on each product page
• Production begins after payment is received
• Rush orders are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing

PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
• Orders may be canceled and refunded if pricing errors occur

SHIPPING

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Address accuracy is the buyer’s responsibility

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Provide your order number
• Provide clear photos of the issue

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Kustom Edge is not liable for:
