All items are handmade and many are custom or personalized. Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
• Processing time begins once payment is received
• Custom orders may take longer due to production time
• Processing time does not include shipping time
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier
• Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier but typically range from:
• 2–7 business days for domestic orders after shipment
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Kustom Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties
• Delivery times vary by country
• We are not responsible for customs delays
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
• Custom items cannot be canceled once production begins
• Custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect
