RETURN & REFUND POLICY – THE KUSTOM EDGE
Because many of our items are handmade and personalized just for you, all sales of custom or personalized products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if:
• Your order arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a manufacturing defect
To start a claim, please message us with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will gladly offer:
• A replacement
• Or a refund if a replacement is not possible
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Clearance or sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim.
